Alchemical Transformations Health Services (ATHS) is a fully online telemedicine clinic owned and operated by licensed healthcare professionals in Texas. Unlike other services that act as mere “matchmaking” platforms for independent providers, we offer a direct, integrated care experience. Our in-house medical team delivers phone and video consultations, ensuring you benefit from consistent communication, continuity of care, and a more personalized patient experience.

Although we are an independently physician-owned practice, we proudly operate under the Alchemical Transformations brand, reflecting our commitment to transformative, patient-centered care. By combining the brand’s innovative vision with our medical expertise, we are able to deliver a seamless, high-quality telemedicine experience you can trust from the comfort of your home.

Please note that our telemedicine clinic is also not affiliated with “Alchemical Transformations Supplements” (ATS), and we do not receive any compensation or hold any financial interest in ATS. The branding of 'Alchemical Transformations' is the only shared element between the two entities.

Step 1: Fill Out Our Intake Form

You will begin by completing an intake form on our secure platform, providing our providers with details about your goals, symptoms, and medical history. Afterward, a staff member will contact you with the next steps.

Step 2: Undergo Diagnostic Testing

Next, you will receive instructions on purchasing a blood work panel. At this step, you will be directed to a local diagnostic lab (such as Quest Diagnostics) that is closest and most convenient to you.

Step 3: Consult with a Provider

Once we receive your blood work, one of our dedicated providers will review your results and schedule an online video or telephone consultation to determine the best treatment plan for you.

Step 4: Do Good to Doing Good

Finally, you will receive your medication through the mail, allowing you to start your transformation. From there, we will provide ongoing support and open communication for you to reach out to us with any feedback or concerns. You did good, now we want you “Doing Good.”

We partner with a variety of licensed compounding pharmacies located in the United States, each of which is inspected and regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These pharmacies maintain accreditation from either the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) or the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), reflecting their adherence to recognized quality and safety standards.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) defines compounding as " ...a practice in which a licensed pharmacist, a licensed physician or, in the case of an outsourcing facility, a person under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, combines, mixes or alters ingredients of a drug to create a medication tailored to the needs of an individual patient”.

Compounding is a process by which a licensed pharmacist creates a customized medication to meet a patient’s specific needs, rather than dispensing a standardized, one-size-fits-all product. This can involve adjusting dosage strengths, combining different ingredients, or transforming the medication into a form that is easier to administer.

At Alchemical Transformations Health Services (ATHS), we utilize compounding services. By working with accredited compounding pharmacies, we ensure our patients receive high-quality, tailored treatments that adhere to rigorous safety and regulatory standards.

Your medication will be mailed directly to your home by the pharmacy in secure packaging.

Treatment protocols vary based on your condition and individual needs. Blood work panels may also vary based on how comprehensive the panel is. A 30–45-minute initial consult costs $129, with all follow-up consultations being $59.

We recommend starting with quarterly blood work, with a minimum of blood work twice a year. However, you are welcome to request labs as frequently as you like.

Our practice does not accept insurance; it is a cash-based practice. However, Health Savings Accounts are accepted.

Alchemical Transformations Health Services currently treats residents of Texas only, but we will be expanding soon.

All consultations can be conducted over the phone or via computer, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home.

Alchemical Transformations Health Services does not offer membership plans, as these memberships often prove more expensive for consumers in the long run, require long-term commitments, and provide limited benefits.

While patients may be attracted by the low initial prices advertised by membership plans, the overall cost of these plans quickly surpasses the value of the services typically used. Additionally, many clinics include fine print that charges the full-term price of the membership if canceled early.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we only take payment for individual services as requested by the patient.

We will gladly review your information if the blood work is at least within 3 months of contacting us. If you meet this criteria, please contact us. We will be happy to review your information and provide a second opinion if it falls within our scope of expertise.

Prescription Products

All sales of prescription products are final and non-refundable. In the event you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Prescription products are not eligible for returns under any other circumstances. To report a damaged product or initiate the process for a return due to damage, please contact our team at info@alchemicalhealthtx.com.

Lab Panels

All sales of diagnostic laboratory panels are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a lab panel, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Telemedicine Consultation Appointments

Telemedicine consultation appointments must be canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled appointment time to qualify for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with this policy. Appointments canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time to qualify for a refund, which must be requested via email at info@alchemicalhealthtx.com. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at no additional cost. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us through one of the following methods:

No-Shows

Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without prior notice ("no-shows") will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling fees for no-shows are as follows:

  • New Patients: A fee of $50.00 will be required to reschedule.
  • Established Patients: A nominal fee of $10.00 will be required to reschedule.

Rescheduling an Appointment

Life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your original scheduled consultation time will not be eligible for a refund and will be subject to the conditions outlined under Cancellations and No-Shows.
