Service Areas

Alchemical Transformations Health Services is a telemedicine health and wellness practice currently serving residents of Texas.

Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

If you are an established patient of Alchemical Transformations Health Services and have questions for our team, please feel free to message us at any time through your Spruce Health account or Elation Passport account. We will respond to any requests via email within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT!

Alchemical Transformations Health Services does not accept insurance coverage. For your convenience, we accept credit and debit payments via our secure payment processor, North. We are also happy to accept HSA and FSA credit.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Alchemical Transformations Health Services are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). Requests can be made through your Spruce Health account or your Elation Passport account by directly messaging us through the secure portal.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as our provider may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
